Who can use TrueFLR
- You must be 18 or older.
- One account per person, with accurate information about yourself.
How members are expected to behave
The rules for profiles, photos, requests, chats and forums are in the community guidelines. The terms will make those guidelines part of the agreement and explain what happens to accounts that break them.
Your content
The terms will set out who owns what you post (you do), what permission TrueFLR needs in order to show it to other members, and how content is removed.
Plans and billing
- TrueFLR has one set of plans, prices and limits for every member, whatever their gender or role.
- Paid plans are billed monthly. The price, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be written here once pricing is set.
Safety and verification
The terms will describe selfie verification, what it does and does not guarantee, and each member's own responsibility when meeting someone in person.
Closing an account
The terms will cover how you close your account, and when TrueFLR may suspend or close one.
Legal terms still to be written
Liability, disputes, governing law and how changes to the terms are announced all need legal advice and are deliberately left out of this draft.
